SAVINGS
Best return on SAVINGS
If you currently have savings in a bank or building society you are likely to be losing money, this is no joke it's a cold reality. For example you are unlikely to be earning more than 3%pa, but with the rate of inflation currently 5%, your money is shrinking by 2% per year.
UK property prices are currently very attractive and arguably this is a good time to purchase property with the intention of renting it out, but the responsibility of the repairs and replacements, finding tenants or paying an agent to manage the property, potential issues relating to slow or none rent payment can present time consuming challenges and with mortgage interest rates of around 5% and rental yields achieving 10%, this still only leaves 5% for the Landlord, but then take away the insurance , agent and service charge (for apartments) and you may struggle to find any profit.
We ask our clients to remain open minded on the type of investment they choose. If you feel more comfortable investing in UK businesses and property we can achieve very attractive yields however, you will currently find far greater opportunities in emerging markets and enviromental projects. What we are always aiming to achieve is the maximum return on your investment in companies and products that fulfill your ethical and personal goals.
This website provides you with what we consider to be the best investment opportunities at any one time, we would challenge anybody to find quicker and safer investments to make your money grow and we carry out due diligence on all of them, in addition, virtually all of them are SIPP approved.
